The Greater Petersburg - Ft. Lee Economic Initiative is to promote enhanced business and tourism through cooperative efforts
among local business, community organizations, Virginia State University and the surrounding governments.
To serve as a communication tool to introduce and delight visitors and citizens of Petersburg to the
variety of events, resources, and educational opportunities and programs.
We hope utilizing the Greater Petersburg Ft. Lee Economic Initiative site will enhance the total experience of
the areas past history, famous guest, large collection of authentic,dining, and cultural events for young and
old.
